In case you missed it…

At our 4th RISC-V Workshop this past July 12th and 13th at MIT in Cambridge MA, we announced our the complete group of 41 RISC-V Foundation Founding Members. Here’s a short video with the details…

Once the Founding members have ratified the RISC-V Foundation Membership Agreement and Bylaws, which is expected to be completed by mid to late August, the Foundation will be accepting new members.
Overall the workshop was a tremendous success with 266 registered attendees representing 63 companies and 42 universities from around the world. The workshop included 23 formal presentations as well as 18 poster / demos sessions presented during our evening reception hosted at Google’s Cambridge MA facility.
The full proceedings for the 4th RISC-V Workshop including slides, videos and poster previews are available here.
A BIG THANK YOU goes out to the team at MIT CSAIL for hosting the workshop and to Google for hosting the evening reception.  Be sure to save the date for our 5th RISC-V Workshop which will be held at Google’s campus in Mountain View, CA later this year on November 29th & 30th.
