The RISC-V Foundation, in collaboration with the Linux Foundation, hosted a series of free, Getting Started with RISC-V events in EMEA in Sept. 2019. These events showcased innovative RISC-V implementations from members of the Foundation.
RISC-V Day Tokyo
On September 30th, the RISC-V Foundation hosted “RISC-V” day in Kokubunji, Tokyo. Topics included AI and security as well as a hearing about the newest developments with the RISC-V ecosystem.

ORConf 2019: The Open Source Digital Design Conference
ORConf is an admission-free conference for open source digital, semiconductor and embedded systems designers and users. It took place in Bordeaux, France from Sept. 27-29, 2019. Conference-goers attended an array of presentations from all corners of the open-source hardware space.
