  • Supporting customers using SiFive IPs and resolve software issues with running simulations, using toolchains, and bringing up firmware/OS.
  • Responsible for all levels of support and escalation for customer issues, including on-site customer support.
  • Collaborating with the engineering, marketing and sales teams to demonstrate SiFive products and values to customers, resolve technical issues, and represent customer needs internally.
  • Delivering customer trainings.


  • BSEE or equivalent, with up to 4 years of applicable experience. New college graduates will be considered.
  • Strong background in computer architectures or embedded software.
  • Knowledgeable on software development with C/C++/assembly language in an embedded environment.
  • Familiarity with GNU tools, debug probes, Linux kernel and at least one RTOS.
  • Experience with development environments such as Linux, Git, Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver customer training.
  • Self-starter, fast learner, strong problem-solving skills
