1st RISC-V Workshop, a Resounding Success!

Thanks to the full-capacity crowd for participating in the RISC-V workshop, which far exceeded our expectations! Here’s a group photo:

We’re still recovering from the event, but in upcoming blog posts, we’ll pass on more information regarding what we learned at the retreat, including that the first RISC-V cores have already shipped in a commercial product, and that commercial RISC-V microcontrollers will appear in silicon later this year!
The videos from the workshop are still being prepared for distribution, but the slides from the talks are now available online at /1st-risc-v-workshop-bootcamp/. They represent the most up-to-date information on the Berkeley RISC-V tools and infrastructure.
