All-Electronics.de Article: CEVA Acquires Sensor Specialist Hillcrest Laboratories

CEVA, licensor of signal processing platforms, acquires Hillcrest Laboratories, a provider of software and components for the operation of sensors in IoT and consumer devices. Hillcrest combines data from multiple sensors to develop intelligent systems. The resulting algorithms and software are used in inertial measurement units (IMU) and consumer products. They are intended to generate context-dependent insights that, for example, can be used to control autonomous robots and drones. Hillcrest Labs motion engine software supports sensor chips and is licensed to OEM and semiconductor companies that can run the software on Ceva DSPs or RISC CPUs, including RISC-V based cores.   To read more, please visit https://www.all-electronics.de/ceva-erwirbt-sensor-spezialisten-hillcrest-laboratories/.
