A Note From Our CEO
Welcome to the latest RISC-V newsletter, my first as the new CEO at RISC-V International. I’m incredibly excited to step into this new role at such a pivotal time for our community. Over the past year, as VP of Technology, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with many of you to advance the RISC-V architecture and build technical momentum across the ecosystem. I look forward to strengthening these relationships and creating many new ones.
The last quarter has taken me around the world, to our RISC-V Summit Europe in Paris, RISC-V Day in Brazil, and last week to RISC-V Summit China. It has been energizing to see the same energy and passion for RISC-V in all these different geographies, investing locally and engaging globally. I see the same level of engagement from academia, both in expertise and contribution to the RISC-V standard. The level of maturity in industrial adoption of RISC-V is consistent worldwide, with each location showing similar levels of technical expertise and engagement with RISC-V. I am now looking forward to our next Summit in North America. Book your ticket and meet me there!

Marketing Update
In May, RISC-V Summit Europe brought together the brightest minds in open computing across industry, research, and academia. Held in Paris, France, this premier RISC-V event showcased groundbreaking innovations through the developer zone, collaborative momentum at the handful of networking events, and the global impact of the RISC-V ISA through 4 days of presentations.
With support from the 40 sponsors, the event featured 12 keynotes, 5 expert panels, 29 demos, and 180 posters that highlighted the strength and scale of the growing RISC-V ecosystem. Missed the fun? Check out the sizzle reel that captured the energy!
