RISC-V is community-driven, and to authentically represent the multifaceted needs and values of our global society, an active participation from a diverse range of individuals is essential. This engagement drives innovation, encourages collaboration, and expands the reach/impact of RISC-V.

RISC-V International is sponsoring a limited number of individuals to attend the RISC-V Summit Europe from Monday June 24 to Thursday June 27 in Munich. To be eligible, you need to be coming from within Europe and identify as an individual from an underrepresented group and/or be an active RISC-V Contributor who would not be able to participate without this Travel Funding.

What’s included in the scholarship? A RISC-V Summit Europe conference pass covering your attendance from Monday to Thursday and up to €800 reimbursement for travel (plane, train, flight) and accommodation. 

When will I find out if I received the travel funding? Selected travel funding recipients will be notified by May 16, 2024. Decline emails will be sent May 23, 2024.

If selected, what are my next steps? Purchase your travel and book your accommodation, you can see suggested accommodation here. Save your receipts and compile them into a folder to submit with an invoice at the end of the event. We will have an onsite event for travel funding recipients, day/time and location to be announced.
