Great news for RISC-V developers!
Thanks to the RISE Foundation, there’s now a program that actually pays developers to help build new open-source hardware and projects. If you’re into RISC-V and open source, this is definitely worth checking out.
Here’s the gist:
- Your project needs to be fully open source, no corporate or closed-source allowed.
- The focus is on enabling new platforms, not just making existing ones faster.
- There are two payment tiers: small contributions get 500€, and larger ones get 3000€.
