Summary

Dr. Farhan Ahmed Karim kicked off World RISC-V Day in Karachi with a powerful keynote, “Empowering Nations with RISC-V – A Path to Tech Sovereignty.” The momentum carried into a hands-on RISC-V Bootcamp, followed by MERL’s session on “Innovations in RISC-V.” A speed-programming challenge using MERL’s in-house RISC-V simulator, OXYGEN, quickly became the crowd favorite. The half-day program wrapped with an AI-meets-RISC-V talk that pulled everything together on an inspiring note.
