The RISC-V Mentorship Program – a 2022 Recap, What’s to Come for 2023, and How to Apply

Throughout 2022, the RISC-V community blossomed into a thriving global ecosystem spanning more than 80 countries and 2,500+ members. During this time students and young professionals emerged as one of the fastest-growing and most passionate segments of the community. As part of RISC-V International’s efforts to support and foster this important part of our community, we launched the RISC-V Mentorship Program.

In 2022, the RISC-V Mentorship Program matched 11 mentors with 15 mentees to work on projects around the globe, helping to fast-track growth and engagement in the ecosystem. Mentees are guided through a series of milestones by one or more project mentors through their project work and weekly meetings. We are excited to share with our community the projects and experiences of our 2022 participants! Join our event on January 18 at 7:30 AM Pacific to hear directly from participants in the 2022 program and learn about the projects they worked on and their experiences throughout the program.

This event is perfect for students, researchers, professors, and businesses who are interested in applying for the Spring 2023 Mentorship Program or are interested in their member organization participating as a Mentor in the program.
