The RISC-V architecture is a promising technology that allows for the openness of the hardware “stuffing” of various devices. Interested large companies that are developing solutions for the Internet of things are using RISC-V. For example, Nvidia plans to use RISC-V to replace the Falcon processor on Geforce graphics cards, and Western Digital plans to use RISC-V in its future projects.
