Nucleus RTOS is a low footprint, scalable embedded operating system to meet the requirements for microcontroller, microprocessors and multicore systems. It has unique capabilities that include lightweight process model, power management framework and multicore framework that make it suitable for diverse set of embedded applications. It comes integrated with IoT Framework that enables cloud connectivity to widely used cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Siemens MindSphere. The IoT framework provides rich set of device side services e.g. telemetry, remote firmware updates, remote device management, diagnostics and monitoring, configuration management etc. This demonstration show cases Nucleus RTOS running on RISC-V microprocessor subsystem on Microchip PolarFire SoC Icicle kit. Here the Icicle kit is implementing an IoT Gateway that is aggregating data from multiple mock Fan Unit devices and sending it to cloud where the data is visualized using a web application.
